Return & Refund Policy

In the event that you receive a defective or inaccurate product, we kindly request that you refrain from discarding the item. Should the product be discarded, we regret to inform you that A Training CW Ltd will be unable to issue a refund or provide a replacement. We urge you to promptly reach out to our Customer Service team for guidance on the necessary steps to take.

Please note that we can only accept returns under the following circumstances:

– Defective

– Inaccurate

Once the products have exited our distribution network, we cannot guarantee their quality or confirm that they have been stored in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines. For the safety of our customers, any returned products cannot be resold.

We will not issue refunds or replacements unless the product is found to be defective or inaccurate.

Delivery Policy

Fast, convenient delivery is big part of our vision at A Training Wholesale and as such all orders for items currently in stock are dispatched the same day, for our standard next working day delivery as
long as they are ordered by 3pm Monday-friday. subject to change Weekend delivery is also available but all weekend options must be ordered before 3pm on the Friday.

Please note that deliveries to Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland will take an extra day to arrive.

Please note that all orders are customers responsibility to track after purchase. In the first instance of any difficulty, please contact the courier directly. Details of your courier, including a tracking number are provided
with your order confirmation email. If you cannot locate your tracking number, or have any other issues that are unable to be immediately resolved by your courier, please contact us directly at [email protected]

UKIMS Policy for Northern Ireland customers

By placing an order with A Training CW Ltd, you agree that the goods delivered to you are intended for use in Northern Ireland only, and must not be sold or used in any other country.

Please be aware that there might be import taxes and duties to be paid and this will be the responsibility of the customer to pay in order to get your goods delivered without delay.

Missing or Tracking of Goods

Thank you for being a valued customer of A Training Wholesale Shop. We would like to remind our customers that after ordering our products once they leave our fulfilment centre they are then the temporary responsibility of DPD.

While we understand your stress if you are unable to locate your parcel and have clients to satisfy we would like to respectfully remind you that it is your own responsibility to track your item and find out where it has been delivered.
In the vast majority of cases the items we are contacted about have been delivered to a neighbouring address and it would be much convenient for you as our valued clients and us as a small online business if you could, in the first
instance, contact DPD or the specified courier in question.

By ordering with A Training CW Ltd you concede and agree that you are solely responsible for any loss of your parcel if you are not present to receive it in person. If you have not designated a safe place with the courier, you still concede and agree to accept responsibility for any loss of the parcel if the courier leaves it on your doorstep if you are not present to take the delivery. A Training CW Ltd cannot be held accountable for missing parcels once they have been delivered and documented via the courier app.

Please note we do not issue refunds or replacements for missing goods until the DPD investigation has concluded and the customer completes all necessary denial of delivery paperwork from DPD.
